To compliment the successful COD and Southern Sports Academy Hockey programs, a news program to cater for our U21 players who would like to up skill has been launched.

‘Younik' Advanced Skills program will be focussing on our U21 players and is a program that will be heavily based on advanced skills including individual and team based.

Sessions will be based on high intensity intervals with adequate rest periods which allows for work periods to be maintained at high intensity levels.

Lead coaches for the sessions will be:

. Casey Younie (Individual and team skills)

. Dan Smith (Goalkeeping skills)

There will be 11 sessions which will be completed in 4 blocks:

Block 1 - 13-11-22, 20-11-22, 27-11-22, 11-12-22

Block 2 - 15-1-23, 22-1-23, 29-1-23, 5-2-23

Block 3 - 26-2-23, 5-3–22, 12-3-23

Sessions will be conducted on Sundays from 800am through to 1000am. The early start will help ease the ‘heat’ effect.

Max No's for each session will be 16 field players and 4 goal keepers.

Cost of each session will be $20 per player with the following payment options:

. Pay as you go for each session 

. Pay for all sessions and receive 2 sessions at no cost with the total cost being $180 for the 11 sessions.
